My role here at PROMIS is to ensure that all our guests are thoroughly welcomed when they arrive and that their food preferences are accommodated. I talk each individual through how mealtimes work and discuss any food requirements or allergies they may have. I then work alongside each individual to ensure that our chefs cater to their needs and that we are providing a variety of nutritional and flavoursome food. My hobbies are spending time with my grandchildren, visiting different countries and playing pool.
