How to Provide Feedback
You can share your feedback by emailing us at enquiries@promisclinics.com or by calling either of our clinics.
Making a Complaint
If you wish to make a formal complaint, please put it in writing and send it to our Registered Manager. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to provide a full response within 20 working days.
